Aircraft Description
1975 Piper Seneca II N44803
      In April of 2005 the avionics were removed and replaced with a new Garmin stack. N44803 has 6400 hours total time on the airframe with less than 700 hours left engine SMOH and less than 400 hours right engine since RMAN. The interor is a 10/10 leather seats and new carpet. Paint is 10/10 with new paint in 1996 and new striping in 2004 with clear coat. The Seneca was annualed in April of 2005 and I have all original logs. The list of avionics are as follows Garmin 430 with Garmin glideslope, Garmin SL20 with Garmin glide slope, Garmin 327,Insight Digital Engine Monitor with downloadable information, King digital DME. Additional items include long range tanks, wing tip stobes, wingtip landing lights, autopilot with altitude hold and heading bug, and many other items.

Planned repairs will include a tear down inspection of both engines and the propellers will be replaced with new Hartzell three blade TopProp conversions. Full restoration spinner to rudder with new paint and interior.
